FABの近くに引っ越した！

前に桜新町に住んでったでも毎週だいたい４回ぐらいFABでクラス取ると教える。僕はいつも自転車を使うからだんだん僕の足が疲れてになった。それで僕がFABもっと近くに住みたかった！

桜新町の部屋。裸で引っ越したなぜ一番自然な気持ち！

 今僕は南麻布に住みます！自転車でFABは６分！もうすぐ僕の木曜日のフィットネスクラスと土曜日のヨガクラスの後で小さいホームパーティーしたい、僕の生徒のたまに！

アリさんの会社は最高！安いし僕は何もしてなかった、アリさんが全部した！

 じゃこれから僕のFABのスケジュールは

月：Hip Hop Fitness 6:30pmを取る!

火：Latin Beauty Dance 6:30pmを取る!

木： Sweat Till U Drop 6:30pmを教える!

土：Beginner's Yoga 10:30amを教える!

HIP HOP FITNESS with SWOOP!!!

SWOOP is a veteran of the entertainment industry, having jump started his career traveling the world as a dancer for MC Hammer.  He has since appeared dancing in movies such as "You Got Served", "Stomp the Yard", "13 Going on 30", "Austin Powers" and "Save the Last Dance".  He has also worked as a choreographer and dancer for international artists such as Alliyah, Whitney Houston, Backstreet Boys, O Town and Brandy.




Swoop is now teaching a new dance class, HIP HOP FITNESS, at FAB Academy Tokyo.  Get fit and enjoy learning old school and current dance moves.

Mondays 6:30-8:00pm

Get fit while at the same time enjoying yourself with hip hop moves that you could previously only dream of doing, like your favorites artistes on TV. Geared towards beginners, dance moves are learned and broken down for easy understanding. This class will work your muscles and cardio-vascular system to the funky beats and rhythms of hip hop style club and video dance.
