FAB ACADEMY is not only a DANCE STUDIO, we also offer YOGA, FITNESS and CAPOEIRA CLASSES.

FAB ACADEMYにはダンス以外にもヨガやフィットネス、そしてカポエラのクラスまであるんです！

JUSTIN teaches a FITNESS and YOGA CLASSES at FAB! They're all Super fun and energetic.  You'll get a great workout and have fun at the same time.

ジャスティンはとても楽しくエネルギーいっぱいのフィットネスとヨガを教えています。
楽しみながらとてもいい運動ができますよ。

Justin teaches:

SWEAT TILL YOU DROP FITNESS (Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm)

OPENING RELAX YOGA (Saturday 10:30am-12:00pm)

YOGA TERMINATOR (Yoga Fitness Mix) (Saturday 12:30-2:00pm)

Also on Thursdays, CASAPA teaches CAPOEIRA from 8:45pm.  He's a well-known teacher in Tokyo. Please come enjoy this Brazilian martial arts dance!

A great way to relax and unwind after a busy day.

FABの近くに引っ越した！

前に桜新町に住んでったでも毎週だいたい４回ぐらいFABでクラス取ると教える。僕はいつも自転車を使うからだんだん僕の足が疲れてになった。それで僕がFABもっと近くに住みたかった！

桜新町の部屋。裸で引っ越したなぜ一番自然な気持ち！

 今僕は南麻布に住みます！自転車でFABは６分！もうすぐ僕の木曜日のフィットネスクラスと土曜日のヨガクラスの後で小さいホームパーティーしたい、僕の生徒のたまに！

アリさんの会社は最高！安いし僕は何もしてなかった、アリさんが全部した！

 じゃこれから僕のFABのスケジュールは

月：Hip Hop Fitness 6:30pmを取る!

火：Latin Beauty Dance 6:30pmを取る!

木： Sweat Till U Drop 6:30pmを教える!

土：Beginner's Yoga 10:30amを教える!

    The Yoga Terminator 12:30pmを教える!

Hi everyone! This my 1st blog on the FAB site! Just wanted to say a quick Namaste to all of our FAB family! Don't forget tomorrow at FAB from 10:30am we have "The Opening" a very gentle and wonderful way to open the body through yoga! And at 12:30pm the one and only "Yoga Terminator". Don't be scared of the title, it's just word, be scared if you never tried anything in your life that at first you felt nervous about, now that would be scary!
