JUSTIN teaches a FITNESS and YOGA CLASSES at FAB! They're all Super fun and energetic.  You'll get a great workout and have fun at the same time.

OPENING RELAX YOGA (Saturday 10:30am-12:00pm)

YOGA TERMINATOR (Yoga Fitness Mix) (Saturday 12:30-2:00pm)

Also on Thursdays, CASAPA teaches CAPOEIRA from 8:45pm.  He's a well-known teacher in Tokyo. Please come enjoy this Brazilian martial arts dance!

The Yoga Terminator's 1st Blog!

Hi everyone! This my 1st blog on the FAB site! Just wanted to say a quick Namaste to all of our FAB family! Don't forget tomorrow at FAB from 10:30am we have "The Opening" a very gentle and wonderful way to open the body through yoga! And at 12:30pm the one and only "Yoga Terminator". Don't be scared of the title, it's just word, be scared if you never tried anything in your life that at first you felt nervous about, now that would be scary!
