Hoop Love Dance Class
A Hoop Love dance class will take you and your hoop to a higher place of joy, hoop love and laughter. Get ready to ignite your inner hooping fire! During Hoop Love classes you will be encouraged to explore your natural dance style. Enhancing body awareness and hoop control these classes will focus on dance transitions, dance sequences and fluid movement. The intention of Hoop Love classes is to guide you towards embracing your inner dancer, allowing you to develop your personal Hoop Dance style.Open to all level from beginner to advanced. Hoops will be provided.
Japanese Hoop Dancer, MIKORI, was first introduced to Hoop Dance in it's mecca, San Francisco. As a student and model in San Francisco and New York, she found that regular hoop dance sessions kept her in shape physically and brought peace to her busy life. She learned hoop dance at one of the most famous hoop dance communities, HoopGirl, in San Francisco where she developed a smooth and sexy hoop dance style of her own.
When MIKORI returned to Japan in 2009, she was ready to share her unique style of hoop dance with the international hooping community, regularly performing at various events and parties. She has also been featured as a hooper for some major medias such as "世界まる見え！テレビ 特捜部"("Sekaimarumie! TV Tokusobu") and "Non-no" magazine. We're very excited to have MIKORI start teaching at FAB, she's been involved with FAB from it's beginning. And we're all looking forward to meeting more new students and friends.

Hoop exercise works well the inner muscles , especially the waist line, and fixes posture. Hoop exercise can also help in losing weight. In fact, one woman lost 6kg in a month.
The best thing about choosing hoop as your exercise is how much fun it is. It feels like playing, but you are still getting in shape. Hoop is great for dance lovers or those who are bored with a normal exercise routine, and are looking for a fun and energetic workout.
