A colorful mix of dance, play and movement designed to support physical fitness, encourage ecstatic expression and nurture self-esteem.
Hoopstars will learn 50+ hoop dance tricks through playing interactive hoop dance games they can share at home and school.
All classes allow hoopstars the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned through dance, play and performance.
Each week will offer the many benefits of hoop dance, including:
* enjoyment of physical activity, dance and modern beats
* appreciation for dynamic performing arts
* social interactions
* creativity and self-expression
* group participation
15 Week Course Includes:
* Hula Hoop - personally decorated by your hoopstar to take home and practice between classes.
* Hoop Diary - to keep track of tricks and shows in pictures / writing.
* HOOPSTAR PERFORMANCE and HOOPLA DISCO PARTY to showcase skills to family and friends at the end of the course.

DEANNE
A qualified hoop dance instructor and elementary school teacher, is passionate about bringing the art of hoop dance to the diverse international scene in Tokyo. Her desire to connect children through dance, music and theatrics has fueled an action packed kids hoop dance curriculum. Deanne's mission is to inspire children to find their true potential through movement and self-expression via the all encompassing benefits of hoop dance.
